Sometimes poor customer service but really good food. I tried to make a reservation 2 days in advance but was met with a somewhat rude employee on the phone. We eat at Spaghetti factory(Folsom and Hazel) quite often but have decided to try Strings for awhile. Really good food at the Old Spaghetti Factory but good customer service goes along way with me and a party of 12. Rudy's Hideaway is great and very polite to their customers. They had no problem getting our party of 12 a reservation with a smile. After a 10 hour day in a class we are taking, we just did not want to wait any additional time.
